This is not a comprehensive guide but rather should be used as a supplement to the plethora of driver + Techstream instructions available online. This post is to document the steps I took to get my Windows 10 64-bit computer to recognize the Mini VCI J2534 with 1.4.1 firmware (FT232RQ chip). TLDR: get the correct driver from FTDI website ![]()
